I tried yours and made the following adjustments: chunky almond butter for the sunflower seed butter, coconut oil for the palm oil, 3t stevia (we use NuNaturals brand NuStevia powder) for the coconut palm sugar, almond flour/meal. Except where noted I used the same measurements as you. I really enjoyed how they turned out. Both of my kids ate them and took them in their school lunch. My 12-year old said, "It tastes like almond butter". I take that as a compliment! Give it a try!Susie Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10010934968987174273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6801104876482600775.post-47333956982851513322012-03-02T08:13:22.457-08:002012-03-02T08:13:22.457-08:00im pretty sure i didn't like them because they...im pretty sure i didn't like them because they tasted like sunflower butter and not peanut butter. sunflower butter has a very strong and distinct taste...tarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02543374287345369596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6801104876482600775.post-16067043169427334542012-03-01T21:47:38.533-08:002012-03-01T21:47:38.533-08:00At least they looked tempting!
